1ROOMS PRICES

Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Room rates are per room per night, including breakfasts. Rates are subject to change at anytime.

2PAYMENTS & DEPOSIT

Room can be paid in Indonesian Rupiah or or by credit card. Please note that Credit Card payment is subject to a 3% bank commission.

3CANCELLATION / REFUND

Applicable Cancellation Policy :

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

4ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE

The check in time is 2.00 p.m
The latest time for checking out is 11.30 a.m on your day of departure.

When it will not disturb the next arriving guest, your checkout time can be extended : late checkouts are charged Rp. 100 000 until 4.00pm and then any furthers hours is charged at Rp. 50 000 (for each extra hour).

5FOOD

Breakfast is included in the price.
There is no restaurant in the hotel but we propose a room service menu to be offered to your room from the nearby restaurants. Options include Indonesian food, Italian Food and International food. Service is from 11.00am to 8.00pm. Coffee or tea can be provided for free on demand.
